Une laine très serrée, pleine de couleurs et de motifs

Il est fait de laine de mouton : 100 % laine sur tout ce qui se voit et se touche. Un peu de coton est glissé dans les fils de base, pour la solidité. Aucune toile n'est collée au dos. Le poil est moyen, avec des rangs très serrés. Franges au choix, sans supplément : des deux côtés, d'un seul ou sans. Chaque tapis a ses très légères variations, comme tout tapis fait main.

  • Laine de mouton (100 %) : une laine chaude et solide, qui garde des couleurs vives.
  • Noué à la main au Maroc : losanges, rayures et petits dessins sont noués à la main, sans modèle, pendant plusieurs semaines.
  • Sur mesure au centimètre : la largeur et la longueur sont celles de votre pièce. Les franges, vous les choisissez.

The essential answers before ordering your Berber rug

How do I order a rug in my own dimensions?

Enter the width and length you want, to the centimetre, in the configurator. The price appears instantly: it depends on the surface area of your rug. If your dimensions match a standard size, its exact price applies. Your rug is then knotted to your exact dimensions.

Can I choose the fringes?

Yes, at no extra cost: fringes on both ends, on one end or no fringes. You make this choice when ordering, just below the dimensions.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is knotted by hand, so it is unique: patterns and density may vary slightly from the photo. These small irregularities are the signature of handwork.

How long does delivery take?

Your rug is made after you order and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery is free and a tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Can I return a made-to-measure rug?

Yes. As across the whole site, you have 30 days after delivery to return your rug, even when made to your dimensions. Returns are free.

How do I care for a wool Berber rug?

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush to preserve the pile. If there is a stain, blot it straight away with a dry cloth, without rubbing. For a deep clean, entrust it to a professional rug cleaner.

Where does this rug come from?

It is hand-knotted in Morocco, in mostly sheep’s wool on a wool and cotton base, following the craft of Berber rugs.
