Un terracotta uni, en laine nouée à la main

Tout ce que l'on voit et touche est en laine de mouton. Un peu de coton se glisse dans les fils de base, uniquement pour la solidité. Pas de toile collée au dos, les nœuds restent visibles à l'envers. Le poil moyen, bouclé et dense, forme une surface régulière. Sa couleur change à peine selon la lumière. Les franges ton sur ton sont au choix, sans supplément : deux côtés, un côté ou aucune. Chaque tapis a de très légères nuances de couleur, propres au fait main.

  • Laine de mouton (100 %) : une laine bouclée et dense, très douce pieds nus.
  • Noué à la main au Maroc : tout le tapis est noué à la main, sur plusieurs semaines.
  • Sur mesure au centimètre : dites-nous la largeur et la longueur. Les franges ton sur ton ? Deux côtés, un côté ou aucune, à votre guise.

The essential answers before ordering your Berber rug

How do I order a rug in my own dimensions?

Enter the width and length you want, to the centimetre, in the configurator. The price appears instantly: it depends on the surface area of your rug. If your dimensions match a standard size, its exact price applies. Your rug is then knotted to your exact dimensions.

Can I choose the fringes?

Yes, at no extra cost: fringes on both ends, on one end or no fringes. You make this choice when ordering, just below the dimensions.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is knotted by hand, so it is unique: patterns and density may vary slightly from the photo. These small irregularities are the signature of handwork.

How long does delivery take?

Your rug is made after you order and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery is free and a tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Can I return a made-to-measure rug?

Yes. As across the whole site, you have 30 days after delivery to return your rug, even when made to your dimensions. Returns are free.

How do I care for a wool Berber rug?

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush to preserve the pile. If there is a stain, blot it straight away with a dry cloth, without rubbing. For a deep clean, entrust it to a professional rug cleaner.

Where does this rug come from?

It is hand-knotted in Morocco, in mostly sheep’s wool on a wool and cotton base, following the craft of Berber rugs.
