Des petits carrés de laine, noués un par un

Le dessus est tout en laine de mouton, nouée à la main. Pour la solidité, les fils de base contiennent aussi un peu de coton. On ne colle aucune toile au dos : les nœuds restent visibles à l'envers. Le poil moyen est légèrement bouclé. Une bande tressée écrue et violette borde les bouts. Les franges écrues ? Deux côtés, un seul ou aucun, sans supplément. Chaque damier est unique, avec sa propre suite de couleurs.

  • Laine de mouton (100 %) : une laine naturelle et douce, qui rend chaque couleur bien vive.
  • Noué à la main au Maroc : les petits carrés de couleur se placent l'un à côté de l'autre.
  • Sur mesure au centimètre : vous fixez la largeur et la longueur. Pour les franges, vous avez trois choix.

How do I order a rug in my own dimensions?

Enter the width and length you want, to the centimetre, in the configurator. The price appears instantly: it depends on the surface area of your rug. If your dimensions match a standard size, its exact price applies. Your rug is then knotted to your exact dimensions.

Can I choose the fringes?

Yes, at no extra cost: fringes on both ends, on one end or no fringes. You make this choice when ordering, just below the dimensions.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is knotted by hand, so it is unique: patterns and density may vary slightly from the photo. These small irregularities are the signature of handwork.

How long does delivery take?

Your rug is made after you order and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery is free and a tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Can I return a made-to-measure rug?

Yes. As across the whole site, you have 30 days after delivery to return your rug, even when made to your dimensions. Returns are free.

How do I care for a wool Berber rug?

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush to preserve the pile. If there is a stain, blot it straight away with a dry cloth, without rubbing. For a deep clean, entrust it to a professional rug cleaner.

Where does this rug come from?

It is hand-knotted in Morocco, in mostly sheep’s wool on a wool and cotton base, following the craft of Berber rugs.
