Un couloir plein de couleurs, noué à la main

Là où l'on pose le pied, c'est de la laine de mouton, entièrement. Pour la solidité, un peu de coton est mêlé aux fils de base. Pas de toile collée au dos : l'envers, rayé de couleurs, montre le travail des nœuds. Le poil long, un peu inégal, donne aux blocs de couleur un air généreux. Franges au choix, sans supplément : aux deux bouts, à un seul ou aucune. Chaque tapis est unique, avec de très légères variations d'un exemplaire à l'autre.

  • Laine de mouton (100 %) : une laine solide, qui supporte bien les passages.
  • Noué à la main au Maroc : chaque bande et chaque damier sont noués à la main.
  • Sur mesure au centimètre : vous indiquez la largeur et la longueur de votre couloir. Franges : deux côtés, un côté ou aucune, à votre idée.

The essential answers before ordering your Berber rug

How do I order a rug in my own dimensions?

Enter the width and length you want, to the centimetre, in the configurator. The price appears instantly: it depends on the surface area of your rug. If your dimensions match a standard size, its exact price applies. Your rug is then knotted to your exact dimensions.

Can I choose the fringes?

Yes, at no extra cost: fringes on both ends, on one end or no fringes. You make this choice when ordering, just below the dimensions.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is knotted by hand, so it is unique: patterns and density may vary slightly from the photo. These small irregularities are the signature of handwork.

How long does delivery take?

Your rug is made after you order and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery is free and a tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Can I return a made-to-measure rug?

Yes. As across the whole site, you have 30 days after delivery to return your rug, even when made to your dimensions. Returns are free.

How do I care for a wool Berber rug?

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush to preserve the pile. If there is a stain, blot it straight away with a dry cloth, without rubbing. For a deep clean, entrust it to a professional rug cleaner.

Where does this rug come from?

It is hand-knotted in Morocco, in mostly sheep’s wool on a wool and cotton base, following the craft of Berber rugs.
