Une laine blanche au poil long, nouée à la main

Toute la surface visible est en laine de mouton, nouée à la main. Les fils de base intègrent un peu de coton, pour un tapis bien solide. Pas de toile collée au dos : on voit les nœuds à l'envers, comme sur tout tapis fait main. Le poil est long, dense et un peu bouclé. Franges au choix : deux côtés, un seul ou aucune, sans supplément. Les lignes changent très légèrement d'un tapis à l'autre, c'est ce qui fait le charme du fait main.

  • Laine de mouton (100 %) : une laine blanche, dense et douce, qui tient bien chaud.
  • Noué à la main au Maroc : les lignes noires sont nouées à main levée, sans règle.
  • Sur mesure au centimètre : la largeur et la longueur sont à vous. Pour les franges, trois possibilités : deux côtés, un côté, aucune.

How do I order a rug in my own dimensions?

Enter the width and length you want, to the centimetre, in the configurator. The price appears instantly: it depends on the surface area of your rug. If your dimensions match a standard size, its exact price applies. Your rug is then knotted to your exact dimensions.

Can I choose the fringes?

Yes, at no extra cost: fringes on both ends, on one end or no fringes. You make this choice when ordering, just below the dimensions.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is knotted by hand, so it is unique: patterns and density may vary slightly from the photo. These small irregularities are the signature of handwork.

How long does delivery take?

Your rug is made after you order and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery is free and a tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Can I return a made-to-measure rug?

Yes. As across the whole site, you have 30 days after delivery to return your rug, even when made to your dimensions. Returns are free.

How do I care for a wool Berber rug?

Vacuum regularly without a rotating brush to preserve the pile. If there is a stain, blot it straight away with a dry cloth, without rubbing. For a deep clean, entrust it to a professional rug cleaner.

Where does this rug come from?

It is hand-knotted in Morocco, in mostly sheep’s wool on a wool and cotton base, following the craft of Berber rugs.
