Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more for this product in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco.

• Dispatch: Your rug is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
• Timings: Allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to your door. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, so you can follow its progress in real time.

Free returns within 30 days
We know that seeing the rug in your own home is essential before you can be sure of your choice. That is why sending it back is simple and entirely at our expense.

1. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us that you would like to return your order.
2. We provide you with a prepaid label.
3. The carrier collects the rug directly from your home (by appointment) or you drop it off at a pickup point, depending on the size of the parcel.
4. Your refund is issued within 14 days at most of the return arriving and being checked as in as-new condition.

One piece of advice on delivery
Despite all the care taken with the packaging, we invite you to check the condition of the parcel while the driver is still with you.
