Casemira Gift Card

By email, as soon as your order is confirmed, or on the day and at the time you choose (within the following hour, up to 90 days ahead). Without a recipient, the card is sent to you: you can forward it, print it or download it as a PDF to hand it over in person.

One year from the date of issue. The expiry date appears in the email and on the gift card page. We send a reminder by email one month before. If you need more time, simply write to us before that date and we will extend the card by one year.

Yes. The amount of each order is deducted from the card and the remaining balance stays available until the expiry date. If an order costs more than the balance, you pay the difference with the payment method of your choice. Several gift cards can be used on the same order. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.

Yes. The gift card is a means of payment, so it works alongside any valid discount code. Buying a gift card does not, however, count towards the threshold of a tiered offer; the current offer applies when the card is used to pay for a rug. The gift card itself can be paid for with any payment method available on the site, Klarna included.

Write to us at contact@casemira.com with the email address used for the purchase: we will find the card and send you the code again. An unused gift card can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of purchase. After that, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you return a rug paid for with the card, the amount paid by card is given back as store credit to use at casemira.com.
